Weight Loss/Maintenance
Related: About this forumfitday.com is a great, free site for tracking food, calories and nutrients
What is nice is that they have a huge database but you can also input "custom" foods -- you just input the info on the label and add it to your database. It graphs everything for you every which way. So at the end of the day you can see how much sodium, calcium, etc. you are taking in, in addition to the usual tracking for fat, carbs, calories etc.
A good alternative for people who are interested in a Weight Watchers online type program but don't want to pay for a commercial diet program.
