(18,903 posts)Curried chicken vegetable. I had some of that earlier, but I wanted something a little more. I made a garlic cream cheese spread and frosted a couple of flour tortillas, then topped with sharp cheddar, chopped onion, celery, and some hot sprouts that were ready today. After I rolled them up, cut them into spirals. I had about half of the garlic cream cheese left, so I used the rest of some blue cheese I had and made a bit of blue cheese dip for tomorrow.
Happy Friday!

(1,864 posts)Marinated overnight in olive oil, lemon zest, s&p, fresh dill & chives. Baked potato w/dilled sour cream AND butter, and Caprese salad. Dessert (homemade chocolate chip cookies & coffee) was consumed two hours before dinner. Life is good.
