Roasted chicken thighs in parmesan-garlic-herb sauce.
Sheet pan veggies, tossed in olive oil and herbs (thyme, sage), garlic. Yellow crookneck squash, broccoli, shiitake mushroom, onions, garlic.
Berry nirvana kombucha.
Dessert: chocolate cookies made with almond flour. Mug of hot white chocolate to drink.

(5,092 posts)No air fryer this time. Lightly flour and season and sauté. Then make a sauce in the pan to simmer the thighs in: butter, onion, mushroom, garlic, then a little white wine, and then cheating with a can of cream of chicken and herbs and some milk. Extra, fresh rosemary. Covered simmer until super tender. Jasmine rice and sautéed spinach.

(10,840 posts)I'm feeling crummy with a sore throat, and that always makes things better. I make it in the Instant Pot. Served with all the condiments of course--sriracha, hoisin, fish sauce, french fired onions, won ton strips, whatever.
