What's for Dinner, Sunday, Mar. 19, 2023

Hamburger. Onions, Brioche roll (buttered and toasted the roll).

I used an Alice Waters recipe for the salad. It's really easy and good if you love goat cheese: Baked Goat Cheese with Garden Lettuces. Also has herbs (thyme and rosemary), and dressing of red wine vinegar, sherry vinegar, and olive oil. Salad greens were red ruffly lettuce and baby romaine.

Passion fruit/tangerine kombucha.

Dessert: the banana milkshake from yesterday was fabulous and I want another one! Decaf coffee.

Going over to my sisters. Her and her son are crazy about them and introduced them to me. They are pretty good and I told her I’d spring for some this evening.

I've been making it for many years, and it's soooooo good. Of course the 1-1/4 cup of merlot may have something to do with it.

We actually ate lunch instead of just lightly snacking, so neither one of us was very hungry.
