Hi my fellow cooking enthusiasts:
I'm sharing some of my favorite recipes from HelloFresh. They're a company that ships all the ingredients for a gourmet meal to your home along with the instructions on how to make it. I have a lot of great recipes that I want to share. If you purchase your own ingredients (or improvise) according to the list, you can make this yourself with awesome results. The meal kits are all for 2 (or 4 )portions, but you can revise it to whatever number you need. since I'm a single woman I will often have enough leftovers for one or 2 more meals. For this kit I made it with hot Italian sausage, but the sweet version would work just as well.
Or you can download the PDF here: https://www.mediafire.com/file_premium/q7k42601mztxga9/Pork_Sausage_Rigatoni_in_a_Creamy_Sauce.pdf/file
EDIT TO ADD: This can also be made with chicken cutlets
If you don't have penne on hand, I suppose any good pasta will do.
Let me know what you think!

(3,924 posts)I love how Italian can do so much with so few ingredients. The lemon at the end sounds perfect.
I made a banh mi rice bowl today. I kind of winged it after looking at a few recipes. It needed lemongrass, but boy, that's hard to find.

I made it with ground chuck because that's what I had. And I used sweet Thai chili sauce rather than sriracha, because I'd put in too much fish sauce and needed to cut the salt a bit.
And I did a quick pickle on red bell pepper, scallions, carrots, radishes, and cukes.
Really good. I had enough left over for tomorrow. I hope it saves well.
