So , ourve rancheros for breakfast. It’s just LilBits cheesy scrambled eggs with some salsa tossed in. Later, my not so famous taco lasagne.

It’s fairly simple, tortillas are the noodles, the layers in be tween are whatever you like. Our layers our taco ground beef, cheese, salsa, repeat until 9x13 pan full and then just put in 350 oven. Tess and I call that taco lasagne.

Guess who. From earlier this week.

Cottage cheese, chopped radishes, cucumber. I had roasted tomatoes on hand and sprinkled some chopped gold and red peppers over the top.

Cold coffee.

Have to rush to the greenhouse to make sure I cover newly transplanted peppers. Too much sun will kill them.
