Just about to have my first cup of coffee!
I'm thinking oatmeal with cranberries and walnuts for breakfast a little later.

(15,021 posts)I just attempted to make my pour-over cup of coffee, not noticing that my cup was upside down. Poured water into the cone, and water was all over the counter. Sheeseh . . .
Paying better attention to my second cup!

(119 posts)It's light and filling and I like it. I have coffee with 1% milk and Stevia, then an over easy egg on wheat toast with half of a homegrown yellow tomato..
Today I was lucky enough to eat our first tomato of the season. It was an heirloom yellow and so delicious. We have another one that will probably be perfect tomorrow! Looks like we will have a banner year, have over 50 tomatoes on the plants right now!! Woohoo! This year we will have enough to make homemade marinara sauce and can them plus give away a bunch to friends, neighbors and family and eat really well for awhile. Our 6 kinds of peppers are so growing gang busters!
