Chicken nuggets which I made from free range chicken breast, dipped in flour, egg, and cornflake crumbs. I have BBQ (spicy) and honey-mustard sauce for dips.
Made a new, big watercress-mint salad with chopped apple, strawberries which had been marinated in agave-ginger, and topped with toasted coconut almonds.
Raspberry ginger kombucha.
For dessert, a coffee mochi.

(1,165 posts)The cube steak had mushroom and onion gravy. I chopped it up and added a little tomato paste, broth, carrot and potato. So I now call my cube steak stew. 1 cube steak = 3 stew meals, last night, tonight and tomorrow night.
I am lazy as a general rule.

They had fancy sounding deserts, but I hoped to return home instead.
