Sunday morning when he goes out for a Sunday Boston Globe that is sold at a convenience store nearby. I used to love my toasted bagel with veggie cream cheese but I can't eat bagels any more because my teeth are so old and fragile.

Half a maple French toast bagel with pistacciosa on it. Ran out of pistacciosa so finished up with canola butter.
Cantalope with thinly sliced ham. Toasted buttermilk waffle.
