Scallion and kim chi pancake.

Brown butter asparagus with melted fontina and pisatchios.

Earl Grey and strawberries with honey Greek yogurt, toasted almonds on top.

1. Burgers...

with pickles, red onions, tomatoes, lettuce, & cheddar on his, gorgonzola on mine w/just pickles and onion, both on ww wheat bread, crinkle cut fries & peas for him, just corn on the cob for me.

WinCo had cherries $3.98/lb last week and I planned on getting more today - they were $2.98 this week. Wasn't planning on more strawberries, but they were only $ .98/lb so got two lbs. Gonna cut, sugar and freeze them.

Walt's fried shrimp, coconut shrimp and Shrimp Linguini Alfredo.

carmelized + the kraut tastes like candy i swear. i will not kraut any other way. this time i did a country rib.
