(26,373 posts)until I found a good doctor who did an ablation on me and that was 4 years ago. Knock on wood, I have been fine since.
Sleep apnea and alcohol affected my A-fib. I drink in moderation now and have a C-pap machine.
My rural hospital just treated my A-fib with medication that slowed my heart rate, I walked around dizzy all the time. My daughter set me up with a doctor in Pittsburgh who is top of the line.
