5. Yup. You can dehydrate just about anything

Was just reading about dehydrating tomatoes, then grinding them up into powder. Instant tomato paste!

6. I'll bet freeze dried strawberries or other berries would be great. They

have such a great taste and are much better than just plain dried fruit.

7. We found freeze dried strawberries

from Fresh Market and from Dollar Tree. They are really delicious. We just eat them as a snack. We haven't done anything creative with them (though I'm thinking of blending them into margaritas). We got freeze dried mangos that are good but strawberry is spectacular.
