I discovered this show a month ago. It is delightful. The host takes you on a tour of various locations in Mexico to discover the many and wonderful varieties of Mexican cuisine. You can find the shows on TUBI and Prime.
Just thought I would share. Growing up in Texas our idea of Mexican food are the Number 1, 2 and 3 dishes on the menu. Two enchiladas, one classic taco, Mexican rice frijoles, tamales rice and frijoles or tacos, rice and frijloes.
I will admit that the menus are more extensive these days, but what Pati Jinich brings to the table is esoteric and exotic. Also it really looks like she fills her pots with a true love of food.

(10,886 posts)Pati is delightful. We watch the Create channel, so the shows are kind of mixed up---one will show the boys when they were tweens, and now the youngest is about ready for college, I think. That's funny by itself. I found one of her cookbooks at the Book Fair recently and have been itching to try some recipes.
