I didn’t plant zucchini this year because even one plant produces more than I want to eat. Baking it into brownies may be zuccihini’s highest and best use.

9. Here is the recipe she uses. Only difference is

my wife uses three cups of shredded zucchini instead of two. Just makes more brownies. She said to tell you they freeze well too.

12. fish sandwich

I had to go to McD's for coffee for workers, so I got myself a fish sandwich.

13. Reminds me of a camping fishing trip I took to Northern Ontario

years ago with a group of guys. We would eat fried walleye every morning with Molson beer.
