Easy Cheesy Sausage Egg Bake with

• pork sausage
• eggs
• milk
• sour cream
• Dijon mustard
• salt and pepper, to taste
• green onions
• red bell pepper
• shredded cheddar cheese

Toasted English muffin

Orange juice

Coffee with flavored cream and sugar

6. Sipping some black coffee right now,

and it's Sunday, so it's bacon and egg day! YEAH!

Part of my breakfast was very disappointing. Omelette using zucchini and basil pesto as the filling.

Reaction: bleh.

Much later I tried again: vanilla yogurt with mango. That was pretty good.

Hibiscus tea.

I should have known zucchini alone couldn't carry an omelette filling.
