I love the newish to me Boomer brand, it does well in a microwave.

Bologna sandwich and chips. Too hot to cook.

Chunks of fresh tuna, shrimp and catfish along with red & green peppers and onions soaked in lime juice then stuck on skewers and grilled.
Brown rice and a mixed green salad to complement the kabobs.
Our neighbors joined us and we sat by a fire in our kiva.
Champagne for dessert.
