Stuffed Baby Bella mushrooms. I'm making crabmeat stuffing using fresh garden celery, red onion, garlic, and peppers. Breadcrumbs.
Fried yellow squash; breading is cornmeal and herbs (dill, parsley, basil, chives). I'm double dipping this for an extra crispy squash round.
Peach tea.
Dessert: Chocolate chip mochi.

Also a bowl of vanilla ice cream with Hershey's chocolate, sprinkled with walnuts and Caramel Bugles before bedtime.

(22,886 posts)Simple fare tonight. Tuna fish with minced onions, shredded carrots, mayonnaise with a dab of Dijon mustard and freshly ground black pepper served on toasted rye bread. I prefer canned tuna to be in water rather than oil.
Mesclun lettuce with tomato slices and quartered cucumber spears with a honey/mustard dressing.
