I wonder why they didn’t make the ketchup with the entire shroom? But, then again, the powder is interesting.
Did you know mushrooms left in the sun soak up vitamin D? There’s an extra step to add to the recipe!

I like the fresh stuff. The bottled stuff has way too much vinegar for me. Instead of ketchup, I tend to use salsa.

Speaking of salsa, real Sriracha is going for a hundred bucks a bottle on parts of the east coast, reported to me by a recent visitor. The stuff they produced to try to cut down on the chile content is awful, it's all vinegar, too.
