I tried the frozen cinnamon roll baked with heavy cream hack.

3. Use canned cinnamon rolls or frozen rolls like Rhodes. Follow the directions for thawing,

and rising. Before baking pour 2/3-3/4 cup of heavy cream around and over the rolls, rest for 5-minutes. Melt some butter 3-4 tbls. with some brown sugar and cinnamon, vanilla and spread over the tops. Bake per instructions. They came out very tender and a little gooey.

I used Rhodes frozen cinnamon rolls. Videos on YouTube for reference if needed.

Maybe toss in some lemon zest, lemon cinnamon rolls are definitely a thing.
