? I'm making potato stroganoff slow cooker

Ok ground beef is pre cooked I sliced potatoes added peas garlic Worcestershire sauce cream mushroom so I was thinking if I added beef stock it would cook sliced potatoes a bit quicker.

So now i think I have hamburger soup do you think if I added pack of instant spuds
It would thicken it up then add sour cream or just drain excess liquid out of it by poking a hole in crockpot liner after it’s done thank you in advance.

Sounds like it ought to work to me. I always put mine over noodles (beef stroganoff).

If you put a whole packet of spuds you might end up with spackle. I’d end up adding a tsp at a time to it until it gets thicker. You could also make a slurry with cornstarch.
