(24,021 posts)pickled onion, radish and salsa verde. Baked pintos and cheese. Corn chips on the side. We're having tacos today because my kiddo works late on Tuesday evenings and will miss dinner at home...he made the request. Mama never says no when the child requests a particular dinner.

(508 posts)It's been marinating since Saturday. Also steamed broccoli, rice, and kimchee (napa cabbage and white radish). Leftovers later in the week.
I'm just thrilled that I can get white radish kimchee at my Asian grocery store. Napa's good, but I love the radish.
Edited to say Pork! Pork! I don't even want to think about Port Bulgogi.
