(11,463 posts)This is just the 2nd time I've used my Instant Pot. Eggs came out fine, except they were room temperature after the suggested 5 minutes in the ice bath. I guess that's supposed to make them easier to peel, but for hot eggs, I will cut the ice bath time to like 30 seconds.

But 2 eggs isn't enough of a breakfast, so will do a toast and jam. And then wait 2 hours for lunch.

(37,868 posts)about my lentil and bell pepper salad with lemon-orange dressing, so of course I had to have that for breakfast. Sprinkled the salad with toasted sunflower seeds.
I made toast from "everything" skinny bread and put chipotle mayo on it.
Sweet 'n Spicy tea.
