What's for Dinner, Sat., Oct. 28, 2023

Spinach-watermelon-feta salad: It also has red onion, feta, toasted slivered almonds, and fresh basil.

The dressing is a mixture of red wine vinegar and balsamic, s & p and a little olive oil.

I doubt that I will be hungry later, but if I am I'll have a cup of roasted tomato-red pepper soup.

Superberry kombucha.

Dessert: No dessert but I might have popcorn while watching TV.

Vegan hubby is out of town this weekend so the other golden girl and I are having steamed corn and snow crab, potatoes and tossed salad. Later we're watching the World Series and eating popcorn and I'm going to have some iced cold Mexican beer served over ice with lemon. It's 85 degrees outside today. Last warm days. Tomorrow night it's supposed to get cold.
