1. Guga Food, watch him for the side dishes

and if you're a meat eater, he's the poet of beef. Even I want to try his stuff and I'm not a meat eater. While he does stray into the expensive ingredients from time to time, what he specializes in is outrageously creative ways to turn ordinary stuff into show stopper side dishes.

If you're looking for something uproariously bad for sheer entertainment valude, "Cooking with Jack" will fit the bill. He's been dubbed "The King of Salmonella" for his habit of eating very undercooked chicken. Do not try any of this at home. You have been warned.

I tried some of his recipes and they were great.
His beat up old aluminum fry pans were a hoot, though.

He and his family do a lot of Italian dishes and comfort food. Easy recipes and such a fun family.

It is one of the most wholesome series I've seen.
