Black coffee now ☕. Later toasted English muffin, fried egg, ham, melted swiss cheese, strawberry jelly sandwich.

Later, Kodiak pancakes with pecans, butter and Canadian maple syrup.

Turns out I was out of English muffins, so I ended up using two slices of homemade bread.

3. on the first mug of coffee and hot soy now

grilled toast in a few minutes with the 2nd mug. then....let the day begin

4. Sipping on some black coffee right now.

Later: leftover Vanilla Brown Butter Pear Baked Oatmeal that I made the other morning.

5. Omelette

Farm-fresh eggs, dab of 1/2 and 1/2, grated Cheddar, and a combination of sauteed red onions, mushrooms, and Capri tomatoes.

I had coffee early and then an egg salad on toasted whole grain English muffin.
