Appetizer is cold vegetable plate with carrots, celery, cornichons, banana pepper rings, and black and green olives. New jar of mango pickle! A few crackers on the side. Chipotle veggie dip. Has lime, garlic, ranch dressing, and green onions in it.
Chicken breast sandwich on crusty roll with avocado, turkey bacon, mayo.
My vegetable soup broth should be about ready soon, so I'll add some spinach tortellini to it.
Dessert: spicy chai tea and a few Werther's.
