4. Vegetarian breakfast

This was so good. I put a quinoa crisp veggie burger patty on a sheet pan. Also cut a slice of Napa cabbage and topped it with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roasted this for a while and then put the veggie burger on a skinny wheat sandwich bread. Used black aioli for the mayo and added a lettuce leaf, caramelized onions, and guacamole to the sandwich.

Now it's time for dark Chinese tea and a tangerine.

Nice to have a breakfast thread for a change. Always like checking in with my C&B buddies around the country!

get together although I am always West Coast late. I had a boiled egg, strawberry muffin, some honeydew 🍈 and coffee with cream.

Contemplating brunch, #1 prolly coffee (decaf, as wrestling with heartburn,) maybe Western style Just crack an egg and toasted Everything Bagel.
