Chinese stir fry with red, gold, and yellow sweet peppers and snow peas. The chicken part of the stir fry has been marinating in peanut sauce.

Pomegranate kombucha.

Dessert: decaf and biscotti (almond).

1. Black bean soup, dressed up with scallions, spices and sausage bits.

Served with sushi rice and avocado slices and a little shredded cheese.

And Moscow Mules.

2. Pot Roast!

Hallelujah, I love me some pot roast!

Went to the grocery store today and have a big ol’ chuck roast in the crockpot. It will be ready around 8:00. Carrots and mashed potatoes, of course, as sides.

Dessert: Chocolate Chip cookies. Baked more last night and believe I’m officially addicted. Trying different recipes out to see which I like best, and got some Reeses Pieces today to add to the next batch.
