2. Simple and lite....

I like that.....

Ya know, I don't yet have an air fryer.....I have everything else such as convection counter top Breville oven, regular oven, stove, instant pot....So, not sure it would make a difference....???? I hear good things and many folks use their air fryer with positive results.

3. Cherry Greek yogurt

Over toasted waffle. Toasted almonds.

Cold ginger milk/black tea that I made last night for today.

4. Just black coffee earlier

I was sitting on the porch watching the barn swallows feed their young. The nest is under the eave on a floodlight fixture. I think I saw four open mouths.

Now that it is getting hot I have come inside and will have a toasted whole grain English muffin and a hard boiled egg.
