Broccoli Rabe with Tomatoes, Anchovies, & Pasta

My home grown broccoli rabe is already washed and ready to go; so is the pasta. This will be easy, which is what I need after installing my AC today.

Dessert: If I have any, will be a peach over a little no-sugar ice cream. If the RG has any brandy I might pour a little on top. Decaf coffee.

1. I'm in Broward county, Fla. I might go trolling for fish on a jet ski where the streets used to be.

Streets were flooded, so no shopping.

Luckily, home made salmon patties, home made veggie soup and salad are on the menu. A fav around here.

2. Friday Little Feast

Left over seafood lasagna (scallops, lobster shrimp and crab)

Roast asparagus with avocado oil and grated parm cheese.

3. Crockpot chicken

mashed potatoes and gravy, sautéed spinach and tomatoes.

4. Casey's gas station pizza.

Deep freeze went out. We drove to town and bought a new freezer and stopped at Casey's.

to avoid wasting food in the broken freezer?

7. I had to plug in our travel trailer refrigerator. It

has a full freezer above the refrigerator. So it's loaded down with frozen food. The freezer above the refrigerator in the house is packed too. Wife is upset most of her frozen garden produce is thawed out and no place to put it. We ordered a new freezer and refrigerator and they won't be here until Tuesday morning. We've had better days, lol.

9. Anniversary dinner

I found some morels at a very good price at my favorite produce market, so we're having those sauteed in butter, with a swordfish steak and faro. And homemade strawberry shortcake for dessert.
