(47 posts)I stumbled upon some recipes, I combined two that sounded good.
It is meatloaf as you would expect with the added attraction of pesto and mozzarella rolled inside the meat and baked. I was intrigued enough to make a half recipe.

(19,053 posts)She brought me homemade baked, beans, homemade slaw, fresh corn on the cob, and some pork ribs. I dropped off a couple packs of ribs for my s-i-l for Father's Day. He made some today and shared. Yum! I had leftovers to eat, but I'll have even more tomorrow
The corn was sublime. Beans and slaw stellar. Ribs a delightful bonus.
I have good kids
