What's for Dinner, Sat., July 20, 2024

I still don't have tomatoes!! And some of my gardeners at the community garden do.

I would have a BLT tonight on my new low-carb bread if I did.

So instead it's a turkey meatloaf sandwich and a salad I'm working on perfecting. This is a spicy salad mixing peaches, red peppers, and Vidalia with mustard greens.

Dessert: special treat. Aldi had truffles in, so I bought a bag.

She's got bacon green beans and potatoes simmering on the stove, ( to die for )
we're going to grill some chicken breasts, some nice fresh tomato from the Farmers market, and salted ice cream for dessert 🥰

I cooked corn on the cob yesterday and had an ear of that cold from the fridge.
