Bought some spicy crab rolls when I was at the sushi shop.
I'll add a few side dishes from the Asian salads I made yesterday--the quinoa with red cabbage, carrots, edamame, and cucumbers with Asian dressing, and toasted almonds and wonton strips. Also the crispy tofu cubes with orange sauce.
Pineapple-turmeric kombucha--one of my own flavors/brews.
Dessert: Cold Earl Grey with a 5-seeded almond bar.

(10,679 posts)We bought a ham at Costco, which is probably excessive for a household of two, but it is versatile. Today's ham concoction is a casserole with ham, caramelized onion, mushrooms, and some swiss cheese. Tomorrow's dinner will be leftover casserole.
