What's for Dinner, Wed., August 28, 2024

Peach barbecue sauce has been marinating the pork ribs for the last five hours. I'll be grilling them. I'm loving having my grill back.

To go with the ribs, a tossed green salad and some sliced yellow zucchini with melted cheddar with truffles. Thyme and sliced scallion greens over the top, along with freshly ground black pepper. The zucchini is straight from the garden and I microwaved it in a little water, then added the cheese for 30" and topped with the herbs.

In addition, a watermelon-feta cheese salad with mint.

It's really hot here--90--so this will be a good hot weather meal.

Make mine with red onion and cilantro.
MmmmmmMmm!

I seared a flank steak, nuked a russet and fried corn off the cob in butter before work. My main meal. Had some tater salad at work. Too busy to eat proper.
