Coriander, mustard seed, garam masala (at least five different spices there), fenugeek, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, fennel seed - lots of spices!

Recently, I've been more drawn to Indian vegetarian dishes than meat ones, but rogan josh is still a favorite.

And don't forget raita as a side!
