Later this morning I have an egg, bacon, potato & onion casserole ready to bake, snd cold brew coffee.

1. Coffee with cream, now

Fire roasted pepper quiche, bacon and fruit salad, later.

2. Black coffee now ☕, later sausage and cheese omelette.

3. Cold Earl Grey

Sliced cucumber and Vidalia over cream cheese on a pumpernickel bagel.

Later in the morning, sliced peach with vanilla yogurt. Chopped mint.

4. One eight minute soft-boiled egg

sliced with 1/4 of an avocado,, and a cucumber, red onion, tomato, red vinegar, and dill salad. Garnished with hot vegetable spread and sriracha sauce. Coffee. orange juice.

5. 8 minutes seems like a long time to softboil an egg. High altitude or covered pot?

9. Yolk is still soft

I immediately put the eggs in an ice bath as soon as I remove them from the heat.
