I am sorry over slept. My sister has gone out for bagels and toppings.

1. Chicken-Of-The-Woods omelet.

Mushies sautéed in garlic oil.

2. Scrambled eggs w/ some cheese melted on top

I make scrambled eggs for Al quite often and (if I may say so) I have scrambled eggs down to a science. Oddly, I never make them for myself. Today I did!

Sausage links and a spoonful of salsa on the side.

Slice of whole-grain toast w/ butter

Coffee

Iris, no big deal about sleeping in. Good on you.

But I think today is the 8th.
