Grilled cheese hotdog ya'll. Two thumbs up!

I saw this scrolling YouTube but haven’t watched. Had beef hotdogs in the freezer so got some good buns, velveeta slices and stone ground mustard yesterday.

So for my later night snack I used the bacon pan grease from this morning and sliced two hotdogs lengthways. Fried those a bit on each side, then put two buns in the pan face down.

Once that was browned I turned it over and put a slice of cheese on each breaking to cover as much bread as possible. Put the hotdog on and a length of green onion in there too. Closed it up and finished browning them and smashin down a bit.

Stone ground mustard went on the plate because it would have been a mess inside. Worked out great and these were pretty damn delish!!
