One of my very nice neighbors brought me over a plate of saffron rice and some Chapli kabab last night. I had watched her kids for a while on Monday afternoon.

Not gonna lie, I googled that and it is a Pakistani ( she is an international student at Ohio State) dish. This is a chicken-chickpea patty. It smells wonderful.
I got some really great neighbors, I am a richly blessed woman.

3. Zucchini tots

Stumbled on this recipe and thought it looked good. Has spinach, garlic, onion, and uses coconut flour. They are made in the air fryer.

Iris, that saffron rice and patty sounds so good; what an interesting breakfast. I may Google around later to see if I can find a recipe.

5. Homemade hash w/ an egg

It's sweet potato & sausage hash and a cheese/over-easy egg. A few dashes of hot sauce on top

Nice neighbors are a godsend. Two of the 3 immediate household near us are very nice. One is even so nice that they make up for the house that isn't nice. lol
