I still tend to cook, too much,

I was always " the cook" when MrsK and LilBit were here. Especially Thanksgiving , which, back in the day, was 40 people or more.
Anyway, I still cook too much, so now, when I truly cook a meal, I just knock on doors and give to my neighbors. Camper freezers are small, so I don't freeze leftovers.
I just got a call from campground owners, the neighborhood asked them if I would cook T-day dinner! In the clubhouse, with a full size kitchen.
I said, sure, how many people? About 70, was the answer, owner asked me ," what you need?"
I replied, "3 VWs, the biggest turkeys, you can find" ( MrsK used to call the turkeys I found, Volkswagons)
Anyway, Koz gonna be kitchen b***h again,
Im humbled, scared, and planning already.

My turkey, is a 2 day process, slow bake, sleep, on Wednesday, when you wake to turkey smell, it's time to rock! Now, you gonna, crisp the skin, feed the gizzards to pets, and start basting, like, every 15 mins.

You'll wake up, on Friday,

5. You will prepare a magnificent feast, Kozar. Your neighbors are lucky. You can watch Robert Irvine for tips.

Then you can cook stuff like casseroles over the week before Thanksgiving. And get someone else to be in charge of the coffee, tea, whatever drinks you're planning. You got this. Hope you have a great gathering, and please let us know how it turns out.

All I gotta do, is the turkeys, I told the owners,
" you are buying the proteins, let them, share, their favorite, sides" owner said,
" sounds good, green jello and cat food, it is!"
How I love National Lampoon references, haha
