2. Yeah, it was growing in last year already but I cut it down and it grew

back this year. It is taller than 4 feet but the trunk is not big. My drive is concrete like the wall but it just wants to be there I guess.

3. Easiest I think would be to cut it down again to ground level...

and just cut any growth attempts again every few weeks until it gives up.

should be able to take care of it when necessary. Wish it were growing in the back yard but I don't think there is room to get it out.

5. If the area continues to be a problem you can just put a little of the black landscape fabric

over it (or even put a black garbage bag over the area and cover it with some dirt.

I used this method to kill a sapling that was growing in a difficult to dig place when we first bought our house. Worked like a charm. Good luck!
