(113,130 posts)Red cat condos on the ends of that ridiculously enormous couch are a nice touch, but they're too big. TV is mounted far too high on the wall and even if the couch was turned the right way, everybody would bet sore necks and tension headaches if they tried to watch, even with those adjustable red neck rolls. Blocking a roaring fire in a fireplace (also mounted too high) with the back of a black couch is an invitation to burn the house down. I suppose there is a huge coffee table on top of that dark rug, black frame and glass top, invisible so anyone who gets hammered during the Big Game can trip over it and go face down in the broken glass.
Who would do this? An interior desecrator hired by a bachelor tech kiddie in Silicon Valley or San Francisco. He wouldn't mind because he'd rarely be there to have to look at it, he'd have been sold the place as "an investment."

I agree, it is beyond tacky & loathsome. It might be a good cat scratcher if filled with catnip PERHAPS > !

(6,133 posts)I like its function, and its horizontal lines top and bottom, though I'm not sure about the figure eights', at the ends, usefulness nor looks.
Forget about the television in the background, because things can be moved. It is obviously designed for a certain kind of guy in mind, and if I visited someone who had it I would say, "Cool couch."

(8 posts)It's looking and design so amazing. But is not to perfect for a small living room.
