1. Why is there little to no content if they started in 2013?

I went to the site and clicked around. There is very little content and much of that very limited in scope. Is this someone wanting to crowdsource a website? In worry that sites like this are fronts for data gathering on users. And why did it show up here with the only text scraped straight from the website and nothing else?

The categories looked nice and the foundation seems to be there, but as you say, no content.
Had me fooled. I picked it up from HackerNews, where techies hang out and are likely to contribute to the source code more so than the content.
