Hope all's been well here; I'M fine, but others are recovering, like friend who drove (200 miles each way, MD to NJ,) and party-GIVERS, daughter and friends.

3. I do all the cooking here, I'm pretty good at it and baking. I do make a very good pizza from scratch ...

... I'll do baby backs in the oven well enough, I use two baking stones in the oven, but I just can't get larger ribs right and I think its because I don't have enough thermal mass even with the stones. Ribses is my favorite.

4. Ribs are good, her partner brined them, and grilled outside for .?long time;

she packed 2+ day's worth for me!
