Related: About this forumI can report that little Gwyn's eye looks to be pretty much COMPLETELY healed!
I think back to when I first noticed something was wrong. My brother was visiting and his first reaction was the kitten has heterochromia (two different colored eyes). Yes, it was that bad. I told him I was worried it was an infection.
Now there are two very icy blue peepers looking back at me. No sign of any discharge.
The other, almost identical kitten's eyes are rounder and a little darker blue.
I'm still working on regaining trust and it's getting better. I really underestimated that little sweetie's strength and determination!!
Today I'm going to up the game with some kitten pate.

(27,448 posts)It's kind of deceptive because Gwyn's right eye seems shaped just a little bit different from the left eye. Then I took a good look at the dad, Bruiser, and I see the same thing.
When I first saw him I thought he was blind or had cataracts because his eyes are such a light shade of blue.
I hope he comes by, again, so I can get some good photos.
