Quick update on the kittens

ALL THREE are in the playpen, on the screened in porch. We put a blanket over the playpen so they will settle down. Then I'll give them more food and water. Tomorrow we will be giving them flea baths. They will stay in the play pen until I am sure they are settled down

I feel SO guilty about poor Scooter but my friend estimates the kittens are about 7 weeks old so they'd be independent soon, anyway. And they will be having a better life. I'll post photos after they settle down.

All thanks to my amazing friend.

AND my niece left Freya here until Tuesday. So I'm overflowing with fur babies, right now.

3. I'm pretty sure Gwyn and Eira have a forever home lined up

But as soon as they settle down I'll take them to the vet, and also work on socializing them a bit more.

Gwyn was easy but it took a couple of tries to catch the other two. However, it was relatively stress free until they got in the play pen. Then chaos ensured for a few minutes.

We put a blanket over the play pen to soothe them and we will go out and check on them in a while.

Tomorrow will be interesting - seeing if we can flea bath all three.
