Just gave the kittens their morning kisses and scritches. Well, and I sang them a song.

They are finally adjusting to the bigger space and are spending less time cuddled up in the bed. Last night I gave them a whiffle ball AND a track ball. They LOVE them.

Today we will go after fleas and make an attempt to weigh them.

I think Eira and Gwyn's new mom will be here on Thursday to introduce herself. I'll probably keep them just a little longer, but if she wants them now, I'll take a deep breath, smile and hand them over. She's lost 3 fur babies in just a couple of years and she's head over heels about these kittens.

enough for Carys to become more comfortable being inside. Or perhaps she will take Carys as well?

My niece knows some people who might be interested and I'll have other people putting out the word. She is such a beauty, she should be easy to place in a good home. And she's much more comfortable being held.

…shows up meowing loudly. I can’t tell if she likes what I’m doing and is trying to sing along, or if she hates it and is telling me to knock it off.

Did the kittens like it?

I had a greeting song for Madoc and his litter mates that they heard every single morning. Something I just came up with. Now I have individual songs for each fur baby.

One time, when I was playing my flute, she got up on my lap and nipped me on my chin. I took that as a fairly negative critique -

She also meows if someone is singing on the television or YouTube. I think it is only female voices, but not sure. I'll test her with some male vocalists. Not my husband - he can’t carry a tune, so I don’t want to listen to him.
