The improvement in Arthur's hind end issue is remarkable!

I don't know if it's the steroids, of which he's had just one dose, the antibiotics, or if this issue is clearing on its own because he hasn't had any seafood. It's on the same healing time line as the first time I noticed it.

I might even remove the comfort collar, tonight. If he starts licking, I'll put it back on but I am gobsmacked at the change from this morning. Gobsmacked and oh so relieved.

The reference to seafood was about Arthur possibly having an allergy to it.

I'm so glad Arthur didn't have to undergo stitches. And, hopefully, the collar is history by now.
