Sometimes he joins the rest of us but usually he shows up at about 5.

I wonder if the others sleep in a group because they are all related in some way as cousins (or half siblings?). Not that they would be consciouy aware of their shared relationship, but maybe a genetically shared scent, if there is such a thing?

He ate well and covered the leftovers on his plate with his little rug and went back to his burrow. When it comes to surviving the weather I defer to his judgment. Still I am glad to see him when he does show up. Madoc must believe that taking care of all these kittens is exhausting work.

Our wind chill is somewhere between -2 and +12, depending on which weather page I check. Fortunately we are in for a 10 day warm up.

I finally saw Scooter, yesterday afternoon, along with two of the other ferals. Haven't seen Spooky in a couple of days.

Napping on your lap. Eating. Napping on your lap. Looking out the window. Napping on your lap. Moving to the bed for a nap.

It's enough to wear anyone out.

Add the whiffle ball chasing and competition for treats, and that's their day.

The only thing cuter than a sleeping cat is a pile of sleeping cats! 😴
