(24,407 posts)Isn't he the one that was so easy to socialize?
He's also the one who had an awful eye infection AND a big bald patch on his hip. Both of which resolved on their own, before I could catch him.

(1,230 posts)You are a world class cat mom.
Space Boy and Carys remind me this morning of Carl Sandburgs poem,
Fog
The fog comes
on little cat feet.
It sits looking
over harbor and city
on silent haunches
and then moves on.

(1,230 posts)Im warming up for National Poetry Month in April.
It was always a big deal in the middle and high schools where I was a librarian.
I bet everyone on DU has a poetry connection to maybe share in celebration. I plan to find out.

(14,709 posts)in junior high, students (back in early 70s) could submit their original poems and they printed them and then put them in a booklet. Nothing fancy, but it was fun to read through them. I never submitted one, but think my younger sister did.
